This is a sample case study. Copy and numbers are placeholders.
Problem
Sending money took five separate screens. Most drop-off happened between the recipient and amount screens.
Approach
We interviewed twelve users. People stalled whenever one screen asked them to decide two things. We merged recipient and amount into one screen and moved fees to the top.
Outcome
In a two-week A/B test drop-off fell by 38%, and "where is my money" tickets halved.
